Summer (June-Aug):

Summer is the season with higher temperatures and a humid atmosphere. It also coincides with monsoon season and it rains a lot. The trail becomes wet and slippery with the risk of landslides. Leeches and mosquitoes are quite active during this season.

Autumn (September-November):

Autumn is also a peak trekking season in the Annapurna region with similar trekking conditions like spring. This post-monsoon season is clear with stunning mountain views.

Winter (December-February):

Winter season is the toughest time to trek the Annapurna Circuit. It gets extremely cold at a higher altitude. The trails are covered with snow making it hard to navigate.
